Leveling first aid is easy and can be done in under an hour if all the cloths you need are available on the auction house. You’ve just got to know exactly when to move on to the next type of bandage to get your levels quickly.
Here’s a quick 1-450 first aid leveling guide to get you there efficiently.

• Go to the first aid trainer and learn Apprentice First Aid.
  
• Levels 1-50: Linen Bandage (Linen Cloth)
  
• Go back to the trainer and learn Journeyman First Aid.
  

• Levels 50-80: Heavy Linen Bandage (2 Linen Cloths each)
  
• Levels 80-115: Wool Bandage (Wool Cloth)
  
• Levels 115-125: Heavy Wool Bandage (2 Wool Cloths each)
  
• Go back to the trainer and learn Expert First Aid.
  

• Levels 125-150: Heavy Wool Bandage
  
• Levels 150-180: Silk Bandage (Silk Cloth)
  
• Levels 180-200: Heavy Silk Bandage (2 Silk Cloths each)
  
• Go back to the trainer and learn Artisan First Aid
  

• Levels 200-240: Mageweave Bandage (Mageweave Cloth)
  
• Levels 240-260: Heavy Mageweave Bandage (2 Mageweave Cloths each)
  
• Levels 260-290: Runecloth Bandage (Runecloth)
  
• Levels 290-300: Heavy Runecloth Bandage (2 Runecloths each)
  
• Go back to the trainer and learn Master First Aid.
  

• Levels 300-325: Netherweave Bandage
  
• Levels 325-350: Heavy Netherweave Bandage (2 Netherweave cloths each)
  
• Go back to the trainer and learn Grand Master First Aid.
  

• Levels 350-400: Frostweave Bandage (Frostweave cloth)
  
• Levels 400-450: Heavy Frostweave Bandage (2 Frostweave cloths each)—This recipe is a drop only. You can’t learn it from the first aid trainer. The manual drops in a number of instances, or you may even find it while questing around. Highest drops for this manual are in Zul’Drak or Drak’Tharon Keep.
